BEN EDWARDS, CPCC, PCC
Ben believes that organizations thrive when they nourish essential human needs: safety, belonging, vitality, creativity, growth, and authentic community. As a Gestalt coach, he partners with leaders, teams, and individuals to deepen awareness of these needs—and to recognize the habitual patterns that get in the way of fulfilling them.
Ben is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, and holds a certificate in Gestalt Therapy from the Gestalt Institute of the Rockies.
Before becoming a coach, Ben spent two decades in journalism and technology, working as a foreign correspondent for The Economist and later serving in executive roles at IBM and PayPal.
